Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product/service that you have purchased through krptechsolutions.in. As KRP Tech Solutions (OPC) Private Limited provides digital products and services (such as website development, hosting, CRM, WhatsApp Business API and other software/marketing services), there is no physical shipment of goods.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests for one-time / project-based services will only be considered if the request is made within 5 days of placing the order, and provided that work and resources for the order have not already been committed or commenced. Once work has begun, design/development resources have been allocated, or the deliverable has been provided, the order cannot be cancelled.
Subscriptions (KRP Connect, Whatsally, Hosting & Retainers)
Subscription and recurring fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current billing cycle. You may cancel a subscription at any time to prevent future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period. Domain, third-party licence and setup fees, once procured, are non-refundable.
Deficient or Misrepresented Services
If you believe a Service delivered is not as described on the Platform or does not meet the agreed scope, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service team within 5 days of delivery. Our team, after examining your complaint, will take an appropriate decision and arrange a correction, re-delivery or refund where warranted.
Third-Party Products & Warranties
Some Services rely on third-party providers (for example, Meta's official WhatsApp Business API, registrars, or hosting/infrastructure vendors). Issues, warranties or charges governed by such third parties are subject to their respective terms and policies and should be referred to them.
Free Trials
Where a free trial is offered, you will only be charged if you choose to continue after the trial ends.
Refund Processing
In case of any refunds approved by KRP Tech Solutions (OPC) Private Limited, it will take approximately 5 business days for the refund to be processed to your original payment method.
